Return Process
Initiate Return
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery. Provide your order number and reason for return.
Get Return Authorization
We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if approved.
Package and Ship
Securely package the item with the RAN clearly visible. Ship to our returns address using a trackable method.
Inspection and Refund
We inspect the returned item and process your refund within 14 business days of receipt.

Refund Timeline
- • Credit Card: 5-10 business days after processing
- • Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days after processing
- • Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days after processing
Refund Amount
Refunds include the original purchase price minus any applicable restocking fees. Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
Restocking Fees
A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns of high-value items (over ₹50,000) or items that require special handling.
Special Circumstances
Defective Products

Wrong Items Received
If you receive the wrong item, we will cover return shipping costs and expedite the correct item to you.
Damaged in Transit
Items damaged during shipping should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping method
- Insuring the package for its full value
- Including the Return Authorization Number (RAN)
- Securely packaging the item to prevent damage
